About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Edward Alsop Court in Westminster. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information, social inclusion, and vocational opportunities to support customers to recover and stay well.
- Exercise choice and control in their care and lives.
- Participate on an equal footing in the community.
- Develop a model of re-enablement towards self-advocacy, self-management, and empowerment.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is fundamentally calm and resilient, with a practical and logical mind and a naturally well-organised approach. You will thrive on change and enjoy dynamic, diverse environments. You will be confident with high levels of self-esteem, respectful, articulate, and sensitive in style of communication.
What You'll Bring:
- Facilitate case conferences for all clients.
- Line manage staff and support a caseload of clients.
- Build and develop strong professional partnerships with external providers.
- Provide necessary shift cover in line with rota requirements.
