Job Title: Learning Disability Support Worker
About the Role:
Home Instead Westminster is seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team. As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients, providing person-centered care and support in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate community engagement and participation, promoting social inclusion and independence.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care.
- Support individuals with medication administration and medical appointments.
- Accompany clients on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and enjoyment.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
