**Senior Claims Technician (Commercial Property)**

**About the Role:**
MERJE is seeking a highly experienced Senior Claims Technician to join a leading Insurance company in the UK. As a Senior Claims Technician, you will be responsible for handling complex Property claims, such as fire or flood. This is a technical role that requires extensive experience in handling high-value and complex commercial property claims, with a settlement of at least £500k.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Pro-actively manage a portfolio of claims with a potential of £500K+ from notification through to settlement.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining accurate estimating and controlling indemnity spend.
- Share your knowledge and support the development of others in your team and in the wider claims community.
- Build excellent working relationships with Loss Adjusters and other suppliers.
**Requirements:**
- Extensive experience in handling high-value and complex commercial property claims, with a settlement of at least £500k.
- Able to deliver exceptional service to your customers.
