About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure correct billing
  • Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system for payment processing
  • Conduct basic account reconciliations and ensure expenses comply with company policies
  • Support the finance department in daily administrative tasks and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
Requirements
  • Strong educational background in finance or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping procedures
