Job Summary
We are seeking an Airfield Operations Supervisor Lead to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of airfield maintenance and repair activities at our six airports. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans, leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for all airport facilities
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training
- Regularly inspect airport infrastructure, identifying potential issues and initiating necessary repairs
- Create and manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenditures, procuring materials, and evaluating cost-effective solutions
- Coordinate with emergency services to respond to maintenance-related incidents

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management, engineering, or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of airport operations and/or maintenance experience at a commercial airport required
- Experience in direct management of collective bargaining units strongly preferred
