About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of our department. As a Healthcare Team Lead, you will be responsible for assisting supervisors and managers with staff training, workflow prioritization, quality reviews, and overseeing daily department activities.

  • Assist supervisors and managers in monitoring daily activities, assigning staff for shifts, and distributing work to maintain appropriate work and patient flow.
  • Train new staff in computer systems and workflow processes, develop and maintain training materials and manuals, administer competencies for new staff and/or new procedures, provide guidance and continuing education to staff, and ensure documentation of competency.
  • Monitor and provide support for users in multiple computer applications.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as a reference for staff to answer questions, identify issues, and ensure quality standards are adhered to. You will also assist in ensuring the accurate collection of demographic, fiscal, and scheduling information by completing quality reviews and monitor staff productivity daily.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and 5 years of experience as a Registration Representative or equivalent. They will possess working knowledge of medical terminology and strong written and oral communication skills. Experience in computer applications, training staff, and development of educational materials is necessary. Spreadsheet and word processing applications are preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of $63,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
