Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of our quality of education and curriculum. You will work closely with our teaching staff to implement innovative strategies that promote student engagement and academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teaching staff to enhance their practice and develop their skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging curriculum programs
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress to inform teaching and learning strategies
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of education
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A good understanding of curriculum development and school improvement
  • Experience working with multi-professional teams and managing staff
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Salary and Benefits

This is a permanent, term-time only position offering a competitive salary of £47,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to mental health support services.
