Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at We Staff. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and performing cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, racking, and facilities, reporting any damages or issues to the Warehouse Manager.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting, as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, including OSHA.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
