Warehouse Operations Manager

At Brakes, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join our team on the night shift. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of warehouse operatives to achieve key targets and ensure safe and efficient working practices
- Work closely with the shift manager to plan workload and resource effectively
- Develop the skills of team members to support their career aspirations and increase shift capability
- Complete paperwork and administration tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Proactively problem-solve and deal with operational challenges as they arise
Requirements:
- Previous experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, time-pressured environment
- Experience within a warehouse operation is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to learn quickly and understand the business and operation
