Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support the learning of pupils in one of our inspirational SEN Schools in Sunderland on a full-time basis. About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with special educational needs, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with special educational needs in a classroom setting
  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of support services
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting support strategies as needed
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and dynamic environment.
