Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals with varying care needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encourage and enable individuals to engage in their favourite hobbies and activities.

Requirements
  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
