About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team providing home treatment and rapid response services to individuals with acute mental health needs in the community.



Key Responsibilities


As a Peer Support Worker, you will be working with service users on a one-to-one or group basis, providing support and guidance to help them establish greater control over their lives.



Working with the Team


You will be an integral and valued member of the multi-disciplinary team, working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure that the environment supports service users to reach their individual recovery goals.



Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to have lived experience of secondary mental health services, be willing to share your own life experiences, and possess good IT skills, including Word and Outlook.
