Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities and Maintenance Technician to join our team at DP World. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance and repair services to our facilities and office locations across the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure our facilities and office spaces are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Conduct assessments and identify problems to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
- Escort and induct external contractors to site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in the repair and resolution of plumbing systems, including toilets, sinks, and other equipment.
- Carry out racking inspections to SEMA standards and PPM checks to site infrastructure.
- Experience performing facility and equipment-related maintenance in a large facility.
- Strong general repairs background, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
- Essential driving license.
