We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at DP World. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance and repair services to our facilities and office locations across the Midlands.

About the Role:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, installations, and inspections to ensure our facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Conduct assessments and identify problems to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Escort and induct external contractors to site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Assist in the repair and resolution of plumbing systems, including toilets, sinks, and other equipment.
  • Carry out racking inspections to SEMA standards and perform PPM checks to site infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Experience performing facility and equipment-related maintenance in a large facility.
  • Strong general repairs background, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
  • Essential driving license.
