Job Purpose:

The Senior Refrigeration Maintenance Specialist is a key role within the refrigeration team, responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance across designated site locations. This role also involves team leadership, coaching, and technical support for a small team of refrigeration engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Responsible for arranging and communicating resourcing gaps to the line manager.

Requirements:

This role requires a subject matter expert who can ensure all technical and compliance paperwork is accurately completed and up to date. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. They will also be responsible for out-of-hours standby cover as part of a rota.
