Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to provide general repairs and maintenance services to our facilities and office locations across Coventry and Hinckley. This role will focus on the provision of both a reactive and preventative maintenance service to ensure our locations and office spaces are safe, clean and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general maintenance and repair services to our facilities and office locations
  • Perform basic installations of products and equipment
  • Conduct basic painting and decorating tasks
  • Escort and induct external contractors to site
  • Carry out racking inspections to SEMA standards
  • Experience performing facility and equipment related maintenance in a large facility
  • Strong general repairs background (trades background preferred) including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating
  • Essential driving licence
