Job Title: Support Worker

This is a rewarding opportunity to work as a Support Worker in the Rosson Wye, Herefordshire area. The role involves working in a client's home, providing support with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.

About the Role:
  • Support the client with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with medication management, including administration and monitoring.
  • Provide personal care, including catheter care and bladder washout.
  • Support the client with mobility, using a hoist and other equipment as needed.
  • Accompany the client to appointments and social outings.
Requirements:
  • Previous care experience, particularly with complex needs.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure.
  • Full UK driving license, aged 30 years or over.
  • Ability to work with dogs in the client's home.
  • Effective organization and record-keeping skills.
  • Commitment to long-term care for one client in a person-centered way.
  • Willingness to be trained to CQC standards.
