The Role of a Support Worker
As a Support Worker with Walsingham Support, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver our mission. You will work closely with our service users to develop and implement tailored support plans that promote their independence, wellbeing, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our service users
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
- Helping to create a safe and comfortable living environment
- Supporting our service users to engage in activities and interests that bring them joy and a sense of purpose
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users
