Building Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to deliver exceptional customer service and support to residents, guests, contractors, and staff in a high-end residential development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and arranging induction and training of all site staff, coordinating the day-to-day staff working rota, and overseeing regular building inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To review and arrange induction and training of all site staff in respect of their day-to-day duties
- To coordinate the day-to-day staff working rota with support from the recruitment team
- To have overall responsibility for all fire and emergency procedures policy and ensure relevant preventative measures are undertaken
- To coordinate and oversee regular building inspection, maintenance and repairs, and ensure all facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes
- To ensure all maintenance contracts including all Health & Safety requirements are carried out according to the planned schedule
- To issue the necessary Work Permits and supervise all site activities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of fire and emergency procedures and building codes
- Ability to coordinate and oversee site activities
