We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Specialist to join our team at Raphael's Nursery. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative workplace that values the contributions of its staff.
About Our Nursery
Raphael's Nursery is a family-owned setting with a commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged between 3 months and 5 years old. Our bilingual French Montessori nurseries in London have received recognition for their high standards, including the Top 20 London nurseries award.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of activities that promote learning and development
- Carry out risk assessments to ensure a safe environment and comply with Safeguarding Procedures
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Support the development of key children and promote equal opportunities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare or early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
