Corporate Secretary Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Corporate Secretary to join our client, a specialist insurance service provider, on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing complete corporate secretariat support to clients, working closely with the Assistant Corporate Secretary and mentoring them in company secretarial matters.

The role involves operating as Company Secretary, providing support to clients, and working with the Board. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a professional services environment, preferably with Chartered Secretary ACG or FCG qualification.

The business is looking for someone to work hand-in-hand with the Assistant Corporate Secretary, supporting and mentoring them as they learn more about company secretarial matters. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with the possibility of working 3 days per week, and the business is flexible on how the hours are worked.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with complex share transactions, capital reorganizations, and distributions, as well as providing support for the more basic and mundane company secretarial activities.

We are looking for someone who is happy working in a small team, willing to pick up some of the more basic tasks, and has the ability and confidence to deal with complex matters.
