Corporate Secretary

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretary to join our in-house legal team at Sellick Partnership Limited.
About the Role: As a Corporate Secretary, you will work closely with the General Counsel & Company Secretary on a range of company secretarial duties. In time, you will have the opportunity to step up into the Company Secretary position, making this a brilliant opportunity for an individual looking to take the next step up in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of meeting materials such as the agenda and action logs
- Compiling Board and Committee packs and performing quality assurance on the materials
- Taking efficient minutes of the Board and Committee meetings
- Companies House and other statutory filings and associated administrative tasks
- Liaising regularly with the leadership team across the Group in the UK and globally
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Company Secretary/Corporate Office administrative tasks and will have ICSA qualifications (partial or full). Experience working for an insurance or financial services firm would be advantageous but not necessary.
