Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in logistics? Do you have a Class 2 driving license and up-to-date CPC records?

We are seeking an experienced HGV driver to join our team at Travis Perkins, one of the UK's largest fleets. As an HGV driver with us, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to our local customers in a safe and professional manner.

You will load the vehicle in the yard using the HIAB, ensuring that the vehicle is properly loaded, safe, and in-line with road and transport legislation. Our drivers are the face of the business and must demonstrate professionalism while on the road and with our customers at all times.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of driving experience and be confident in dealing with our customers, building new relationships, and developing existing ones. You will also be safety-focused, ensuring work is completed in a safe and professional manner.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £30,000, with bonus earning potential of up to £2,400 annually. You will also receive periodic CPC training funded by the branch, staff discounts across businesses in our group, and 22 days of holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays.

In addition, we offer yearly pay reviews, recognising and rewarding committed colleagues, as well as share schemes and a company pension scheme.
