About the Role:

Omega Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a small flour mill in Gloucestershire.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, ensuring operational efficiency, and adhering to safety standards.

You will work closely with the site team to identify and resolve maintenance issues, and contribute to the development of maintenance plans and procedures.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and to develop your skills and experience in a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the site team to resolve maintenance issues and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
