Join Our Team as a Complex Needs Practitioner

We're looking for experienced Complex Needs Practitioners to join our team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with clients, providing holistic support to address their needs and achieve positive outcomes.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position requiring the post holder to work 37 hours per week. You'll be responsible for engaging people in interventions using a person-centred approach, empowering them to reduce risk, increase resilience and achieve positive outcomes.

Your caseload will include a mixture of community and multi-agency referral pathways, and you'll work flexibly across the community and within our multi-agency partnership settings.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 32 days holiday + bank holidays, cultural celebration day, access to blue light card discounts, and flexible working.

Requirements
  • A qualification in health/social care, youth and community work (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or above, DipSW, Mental Health Nursing, Counselling, Addiction Studies).
  • Energetic and confident self-starter with experience of working in the substance misuse field.
  • Excellent record keeping and report writing skills, with a willingness to work flexibly across the community and within our multi-agency partnership settings.
