About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Administrator to join our team at Bakkavor. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in managing, overseeing, and supporting various processes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete administrative tasks on time accurately and ensure that all relevant paperwork is filed and archived to support due diligence.
  • Administration of site Quality Management System/Process development system, and associated control documents including relevant factory paperwork and other process systems.
  • Co-ordination of Process KPIs and trial information, and subsequent generation of internal and external reports.
  • General office duties, e.g. documentation management and control, maintenance of Process team equipment requirements, administration of ordering and receipts for purchases / repairs, assisting in the preparation of customer site visits.
  • Operate in a safe working manner whilst supporting the site/business on continuous improvement relating to health, safety and the environment.
Requirements:
  • You will be able to work effectively within a team environment and also on your own.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Access and Excel packages. You will be required to generate procedures, graphs, contact reports, minutes, and presentations.
  • Be a good communicator (written & oral) within team, some areas of site, and with retailers.
  • Have good problem-solving skills and able to raise issues promptly with relevant personnel.
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet the demanding deadlines of the role.
