**Key Requirements:**

  • Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

  • Previous supervisory experience within a care setting
  • Genuine interest in and experience of working with older adults or people with dementia
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
