Job Title: Automotive Site Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Site Supervisor to join our team at WeRecruit Auto Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising the production process, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Production Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the production process, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the Production Director, to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a body shop environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
