WeRecruit Auto Ltd is seeking an experienced Automotive Production Supervisor to lead our Production Workshop in Newcastle.

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee site and employee performance, safety, quality, and customer service. You are responsible for ensuring that policy and process is followed, and consistency maintained across all workshop operations and that a safe working environment is operated and maintained at all times.

Automotive Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
  1. Productivity of the workshop.
  2. Maintaining a high level of quality, including quality control.
  3. Communication with the Production Director on constraints to productivity and maintenance.
  4. Maintaining high levels of housekeeping.
Requirements for the Automotive Production Supervisor role:
  1. Previous experience as a site/Bodyshop in the automotive industry.
  2. Strong people management experience, with the ability to lead a team to deliver results.
  3. Good attention to detail and comfortable using MS Office.
  4. Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
