We are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Northeast of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing all civils activities on a fibre network build with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing civils activities on a fibre network build
  • Ensuring adequate resources, including plant and materials, are available for the project
  • Conducting random audits to maintain Health & Safety and Quality standards
  • Supervising both in-house and subcontractor teams
  • Keeping accurate production records and progress reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • NRSWA accreditation or a CSCS Supervisors card
  • BT/Openreach accreditations an advantage
  • Proven ability to organize and manage teams effectively
  • Valid UK driving licence
