We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Leaping Salmon. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in creating and delivering a vision for the pub
- Ensure standards and compliance are maintained in the manager's absence
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old, as the role involves the sale of alcohol
- Passion for creating an amazing guest experience
