The role of a Payroll Administrator involves accurate processing of client payrolls across various cycles, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly payments. This position requires strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and databases, as well as experience with payroll software such as STAR/Iris or PayCircle.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience working in a client or bureau environment to join a reputable accountancy firm in the Woking area. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to build relationships with clients, and work effectively under minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include setting up PAYE schemes with HMRC, maintaining and updating client and employee permanent changes, and assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required. Knowledgeable candidates with practical experience in auto enrolment pensions via payroll will be preferred.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill this role. If you have a minimum of 1-2 years of payroll experience and a CIPP technician certification, we encourage you to apply. A salary of £32,000 per annum is offered.
