The Role:

  • Deliver High-Quality Coaching and Mentoring
    • Design and deliver engaging and inspiring teaching, learning, and assessment programs for Level 3 learners, helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviors needed for success within our organization.
    • Coach, mentor, and motivate learners throughout their learning journey, providing key support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Embrace a Culture of Continuous Professional Development
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative and impactful learning experiences.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise, driving continuous improvement in our coaching and mentoring services.
  • Design and Deliver Blended Learning Content
    • Develop and deliver high-quality blended learning content that fosters innovative thinking, creative problem-solving, and vocational excellence.
    • Use a range of teaching and learning strategies to engage learners and promote deep understanding of key concepts and skills.
  • Support Learner Welfare and Safeguarding
    • Provide strong support and guidance to learners, addressing any welfare or safeguarding concerns that may arise.
    • Work closely with colleagues to ensure that learners receive the support they need to succeed.

Your Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven Coaching and Mentoring Skills
    • Experience of coaching and mentoring learners to achieve their full potential.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in managing welfare, support, and safeguarding concerns.
  • Industry Knowledge and Experience
    • Qualified Pipe Fitter/Fabricator, with in-depth industry knowledge and experience.

Desirable:

  • Assessor Qualification and/or Teaching Qualification
    • A1/Assessor qualification and/or Level 3 Teaching Qualification would be an advantage.
