Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Assessor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of early years professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and supporting apprentices in various early years programs, including Early Years Practitioner, Playworker, Early Years Educator, Teaching Assistant, and Early Years Lead Practitioner. Key responsibilities include assessing and evaluating learners' skills and behaviors, developing and implementing tailored training plans, conducting workplace observations, and maintaining accurate candidate records.
Requirements include an Assessor's qualification, a qualification in Early Years, and a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role. Additional opportunities are available for Nursery Managers or Early Years Teachers looking to transition into an assessor role.
