About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced End-Point Assessment Specialist to join our team at NVQ Assessor. As an End-Point Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert assessment services to our customers working with Apprenticeship Standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the regulatory framework and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- You will have the ability to assess as a minimum, Business Administrator, Customer Service, Teaching Assistant, and Assessor Coach Apprentice Standards.
- With a minimum of 2 years' experience working in classroom environments, you will have exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- You will also have current knowledge of the regulatory framework and other regulatory and legislative requirements such as safeguarding, duty of care, equality, diversity, and inclusion, and health and safety.
- Provide expert assessment services to our customers working with Apprenticeship Standards.
- Engage with internal quality assurance processes, undertake the role as internal quality assurer as required.
- Maintain accurate records and report any issues or concerns to the line manager.
- Able to assess the Lead Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.
- Hold a relevant Assessor qualification (D32/33, A1, TAQA equivalent) or EPA qualification with robust knowledge of assessment practice and techniques, including proficiency in remote assessment tools.
- Familiarity with Training Qualifications UK policies and procedures is essential.
