We are seeking an experienced End-Point Assessor and Trainer to join our team. As an End-Point Assessor, you will be responsible for providing independent, fair, reliable, and consistent assessment services to our customers working with Apprenticeship Standards.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in classroom environments and have at least 2 years' experience of competence-based interviewing within the last 5 years.

They will also hold a relevant Assessor qualification (D32/33, A1, TAQA equivalent) or EPA qualification with robust knowledge of assessment practice and techniques, including proficiency in remote assessment tools.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned caseloads to ensure all stages of the End-Point Assessment journey are completed timely and to the expected standard
  • Deliver outstanding End-Point Assessment services to assigned Apprentices and Employers
  • Undertake internal quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in assessment decisions
  • Support the development and delivery of training for freelance associate End-Point Assessors
