Senior Sales Associate

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Associate plays a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service at Coach. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals, while consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Utilize Coach selling skills and service training to achieve sales and productivity goals;
  2. Represent Coach to the consumer and act as a brand ambassador;
  3. Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs;
  4. Maintain high energy on the sales floor and consistently achieve sales goals;
  5. Participate as a team member and encourage team to meet and exceed performance standards;

Requirements

  1. Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred;
  2. Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet;
  3. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, manoeuvre sales floor, and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements;
  4. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
