About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Sales Associate to join our team at Mainstay. As a Property Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting our estate agency and Part Exchange (PX) services to customers and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers and potential clients to clearly explain our estate agency and PX services, offering solutions for property sales and purchases.
  • Support the Property Consultants and PX Manager in a fast-paced, sales-driven office environment to help meet and exceed team targets.
  • Contribute to the development of a training path towards becoming a full Property or PX Consultant, reporting to the Senior Property Consultant.
Main Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers to promote our estate agency and PX service.
  • Learn to accurately value properties and negotiate fees and sales to achieve the highest possible price.
  • Prepare property sales literature, ensuring all information (both verbal and written) complies with current legislation.
  • Maintain files, records, and software systems efficiently to ensure compliance with best practices and governing legislation.
  • Regularly engage with PX providers, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties to maximise service speed and efficiency from initial offer to completion.
