About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the preparation of food in the kitchen, ensuring efficient operations and providing excellent customer service. This involves working closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Collaboration with the senior kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assisting with menu planning and implementation
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
