Field Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Development Representative to join our team at Qogita EU BV, Qogita UK Ltd.
About Us:
Qogita is revolutionising wholesale procurement by creating a one-stop shop for all branded Health & Beauty products. Our mission is to empower small and medium-sized businesses by shifting the balance of power in their favour.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- Prospect Engagement: Generate leads and convert them into successful customers using various sales methods.
- Sales Strategy: Research and forecast sales, develop strategies and methods to maximise sales opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Set individual and team sales targets, and work diligently to meet or exceed them.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors, analyse their products and marketing strategies.
- Customer Representation: Act as the face of Qogita during customer meetings and presentations.
- Account Management: Maintain detailed records of customer accounts and sales activities.
- Reporting: Collect and analyse financial data to report performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and methodologies.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel 4 days a week to meet with customers and prospects.
