**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer - Field Service to join our team in Falkirk, United Kingdom. As a key member of our Services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mechanical maintenance services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working with high-voltage systems. You will be expected to install, remove, and replace HV motors, generators, and white metal bearings, as well as execute the dismantling, inspection, and rebuilding of machinery in adherence to pre-established work scopes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised apprenticeship or possession of a Mechanical engineering qualification.
  • Laser alignment, baker testing, electrical winding, vibration analysis, and on-site balancing skills are desirable, however not essential.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes in project requirements.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, establishing trust and confidence with our clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including annual leave, company van, pension, employee assistance programme, and exclusive discounts. The estimated salary range is £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
