Job Summary:

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of employee benefits schemes, providing high-quality support to our clients and consultants, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and insurers to process rebrokes, renewals, claims underwriting, and negotiate preferred terms.
  • Provide exceptional administration support to our team, consultants, and Managing Director to expand and retain existing clients and develop new business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the effective implementation and communication of innovative employee benefits packages.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving our employee benefits schemes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a group risk role or similar field.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Industry exams such as GR1 desirable but not essential.
