About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at KBM Resourcing Ltd. As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with administrative tasks and financial duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with month-end accounting processes, including reconciliation and journal entries.
  • Reconcile credit card statements and income streams.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform office filing and maintain a well-organized filing system.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and precisely.
  • Driving license is essential due to the location.
