About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planners and advisors in delivering high-quality financial planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to financial planners and advisors, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  2. Assist with the preparation of financial plans, suitability reports, and other client documents.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  4. Support the development and implementation of financial planning strategies and recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of financial planning services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Level 4 qualification in a relevant field, such as financial planning or paraplanning.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of financial planning principles and practices, including tax, investment, and retirement planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
