We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Financial Planning Managers and administration team at Brewin Dolphin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our Financial Planning Managers, including daily liaison with the administration team.
  • Facilitate the smooth processing of new and existing business, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
  • Monitor the performance and work throughput of the administration team, maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • Accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible and reliable team member with a collaborative approach to work.
