Flight Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bank of America. This role will be responsible for managing executive travel scheduling and reservations of internal flights, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule flights for senior management, ensuring timely and safe travel arrangements.
- Provide logistical support by planning and executing trip itineraries, including arranging aircrew and aircraft.
- Ensure compliance with all country customs and immigration laws, maintaining accurate records of trips and aircraft data.
- Evaluate risk factors and adjust trip plans as necessary to maintain a high level of safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management or related field (desired).
- FAA dispatcher license or equivalent Flight Coordinator experience required.
- 3 to 5 years corporate aviation flight operations experience preferred.
