About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Project Manager to join our team at Healthshare Group. As a key member of our Governance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our new Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and manage information to support the generation of various documents and reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Governance Director and team.
  • Support the development and maintenance of our Quality Manual and Quality management process and policy.
  • Assist with the production of the annual Quality Statement.
  • Help maintain standard operating procedures for governance across the organisation.
  • Support the development and implementation of effective information governance arrangements.
  • Facilitate the production and implementation of the organisation's responses to emergency planning and business continuity.
  • Support the development and maintenance of an effective clinical and corporate risk management strategy.
  • Support the Governance Director to identify and analyse early warnings of failure and trends across the organisation.
  • Support the Governance Director to ensure that there are appropriate systems and processes in place to cascade and respond to alerts from the National Patient Safety Alerting (NPSAS) service.
  • Support the Governance Director to lead, develop and ensure effective mechanisms are in place for learning from serious incidents, complaints, and to encourage a patient-focused learning culture.
  • Support the Governance Director to coordinate and support the production of robust clinical quality audit and outcome data.
  • Support the Governance Director to establish and sustain a system of key performance measures for monitoring against the standards within the CQUIN framework.

Requirements

  • Range of GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and maths.
  • Knowledge of governance and clinical environments.
  • Track record of delivering administration.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Is numerate - can manipulate data in spreadsheets.

Desirable

  • Administration and/or project management qualification.
  • IT familiarity with at least one Patient Administration System (eg. System1, EMIS, Soliton), Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
