About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Project Manager to join our team at Healthshare Group. As a key member of our Governance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our new Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and manage information to support the development of governance and quality documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Governance Director and team.
  • Support the development and maintenance of our Quality Manual and Quality Management process.
  • Assist with the production of reports and data analysis to inform governance and quality decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in governance and quality management.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare governance and quality standards.
