We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Administrator. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and distribute client packs for annual reviews and ad-hoc meetings.
- Process and manage letters of authority and chase providers for information.
- Assist with seminars preparation and internal meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or team capacity.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Adaptable to changing procedures and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £23,000.
- A Monday-to-Friday, 9am-to-5pm working schedule.
- Based in Alton, with opportunities for career progression.
