We are recruiting freelance interpreters to work with various public and private organizations, including the NHS, Local Authorities, Police, Probation, and more.

Language Empire, established in 2001, provides professional interpreting and translation services across the UK. With over 20 years of experience, we cater to hundreds of languages and dialects.

We offer flexible working arrangements, allowing you to balance your schedule and work from the comfort of your own home.

The role involves interpreting in face-to-face, telephone, and video settings, as well as translating documents. You will liaise between service users and providers, ensuring seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • You must be fluent in English and another language.
  • All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • You must be aged 21 or over.
  • Formal qualifications, such as a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI), Community Interpreting, or a degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages, are advantageous.
